dpsyco-devel software package provides Tools to create configuration packages, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dpsyco-devel
dpsyco-devel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dpsyco-devel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dpsyco-devel *
You will get with dpsyco-devel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
